In 2025, Monokian exhibited her work at the College of the Mainland and will be taking over the Instagram account of the acclaimed Magenta Foundation for the Arts in Canada. Later this year, she will also present a solo exhibition at Ute Noll Visual Projects in Stuttgart, Germany.

Her artistic journey gained prominence with a feature in the acclaimed 2011 WLRN documentary Rising Tide: A Story of Miami Artists, directed by Emmy-winning filmmaker Andrew Hevia. Her work has been exhibited internationally at esteemed venues such as Met/Gal in Austin, the Contemporary Arts Center in New Orleans, Mac Fine Art in Fort Lauderdale, the Academy of Fine Arts in Poland, and Panal 361 in Argentina.
